Perhaps the garlic is cleaning out the toxins in your system, much like most people going through a detox will smell much worse than normal. Garlic is my cureall. And any gas can also be cleaning you out or you just might need some time to get used to it. Perhaps if you are worried start slower; 1/4-1/2 a clove and work your way up...
