male,poor for sure ...tall and slouched shoulders.I drove a truck for 30 plus yrs and being tall has lead to really poor posture and have been seeing a chiro this pass week and the neck muscles are REALLY tight.
wiil try the floor tonight and see what happens.I know the SCM is really short
