I cannot advise anything go into your system. Simply let your healing crisis pass the way your body needs it to pass.

If you are getting this congested after one day I strongly recommend going as long as necessary on this fast and not set a timeline. I find my highs start to come at day 7 and by day 10 I am on cloud nine. I have a couple more lows after day 15 but by day 21 again feel rejuvinated.
