Green, ripe nettle seeds are great for kidneys. They are a kidney and adrenal trophorestorative. Reported to increased kidney function to 100 percent after 3 months. I would take it with a cold infusion of nettle leaf. Waiting for the nettle seeds to be ripe, probably in summer. Long wait...
