Maybe you are being so aggressive that's why your getting outbreaks? the die off? Maybe annoying now but maybe you are really wearing the virus out.

I never pulsed 8 hours for instance and I find one capful of lauricidin works in preventing outbreaks for me, but everyone's body is so different in what works for them.

I stopped the protocol because I had two small kids and it was to hard to keep up. before I did the protocol I took a low dose that my Dr. prescribed of acyclovir. Because my body has so many outbreaks she said she found for many people she found after the year it seemed to help the body figure out how to better handle the virus. I had not taken any pharmaceuticals for the first 7 years and it was not getting better with any natural thing I tried and I was desperate, because it was so constant for me. The two things I think together are what changed my life. The Lauricindin also has been key. But maybe your Lauricindin so to speak will be sea weeds, or olive leaf extract. Kefir made from grains are helpful too.
