I appreciate you going through all that to help me.

If it's the brain fog telling me to quit it's also the brain fog that told me to fast because it hasn't gone away in 5 years.

You're right I did lead in unhealthy lifestyle in past but for most of the last 2 years my lifestyle has been healthy. I quit smoking marijuana regularly over 2.5 years ago and since then I only smoked it one time. And in the last 1.5 years 0 times.

You're probably right about the bad breath. It did go away for a little while after my first fast but then it came back after I went on a week long carb binge (something I never usually do). I usually eat low carbs except for fruits and veggies.

anyway you guys are right. I'm gonna go on with the fast.
