My mother took very low dosages of Iodine (like 3-6 mg per day), and was cured from a long time illness (15 years), lupus like condition; but it took her almost two years.

With a mega dosing you may hit the target faster, I had to proceed from 20-30 mg to over 60 mg before I had the good thing happened, but also the detox. I was hypo thyroid.

The education I have about iodine, is the experience of taking it myself + reading this forum from page 1 to 160 or something, 5 years ago. Never learned more in 3 weeks.

Mercola is not educated on iodine, Brownstein, Abraham, Derry and other doctors, are.
