I have been having similar twitching in chest area trying to work out if my heart usually happens when sitting in bed at night. I have long history of stomach problems including reflux ulcers and h pylori. Not tried checking my pulse as too much panic it when it happens. Do you guys get a very quick sweaty feeling after wondering if it is a panic adrenaline type response
