I was scared to death of taking it, but my buddy was on kelp and reported feeling awesome. I came and saw that the recommended dose is insanely high:) At a low dose I will tell you I felt terrible, it was only when I started at 100mgs did I not feel too bad. You will feel a little off for a week, just to let you know. Everyone goes through it and you feel way better on the other said. I think Ive been on for 11 weeks now. Pretty crazy. My eyebrows are growing thicker I noticed this week!:)
