During my previous Water Fast I created allot of saliva. I always spit it out. on the 1 day and 2 day dry fast the same thin happened. Am I supposed t swallow it or spit it out. I once asked this in the Water Fast forum and someone said to spit it out because it is detox.

Or is it important to swallow the saliva?
