Sorry for the late reply...I thought I would receive an email notification but I did not.

I avoid all arginine foods and I even take Lysine...I bought the Lauricidin supplement. I was taking 3 full scoops through out the day and I felt after 5 months it was not doing anything. I drink 4 oz of Colloidal Silver after I use the pulsar.

Why did you stop the Bob beck protocol when you were doing it. I read it needs to be used for 6 months.

For the past 10 days I started pulsing for 7/8 hours a day. The last 2 outbreaks were tiny and I have not had another one yet
