Are you currently on a dewormer? I NEVER felt them move in my head or sinuses until started taking a dewormer, and now it's non stop! I'm hoping come January when we do a second round that it will get them out of there! I feel your pain, I am so sorry, this feeling for me has been one of the most emotional experiences of my life!
