I just wanted a second opinion. I agree with what you have said, but there are some here who endorse exercise in a prolonged water fast!!!
Good to aid in losing weight ( Shelton apparently) but not to be recommended for the purpose of healing and cleansing in my and others experience, including Dr Alan Goldhamer of TrueNorth and Dr Joel Fuhrman MD.
