Now that you asked that question stop asking it. Forever. Because only after death, by taking samples of your organs and sending them to the lab, can this question be answered. There is no test that can tell you your heavy metal body burden.
Arsenic: There are two main types of arsenic and only one of them is really bad. So your result is inconclusive anyway.
Mercury: Ask yourself: Did you have contact with mercury? If you have Amalgam fillings then your have significant mercury depots, no need to perform absolutely useless tests other than to get them out and then start chelation (using DMPS - preferred by far most effective option, or DMSA, much(!) later ALA)
If you have reason to believe you could be mercury poisoned do the above and if chelation does not show results within 3-6 months you can stop, it isn't mercury. Other than that, all questions are useless, you'll have to think (is there reason?) and TRY (chelation).
The stuff you mention as doing "detox" is a joke, for heavy metals use chelators. The other stuff may help, but only the chelators do the real work of getting mercury out. Even if the other stuff does that to any degree it will be orders of magnitude less effective than DMPS or (to a lesser degree) DMSA.
I wouldn't worry about the arsenic, if you do chelation and concentrate on the mercury everything else will go down too.
