If on 7th day, all the smells should not do anything to you. All foods will be not attractive to you. You just have to listen to your inner. Our eyes tell us differently, ahh! that looks good to eat, but our gut says not ready to eat.

Keep going, 21 days is a good goal.

Don't work too hard though.
