I read somewhere that Dr. Huggins stresses on removing all Amalgams in the mouth within a month period, preferably even shorter, like two weeks, so you might want to look that up. It seems quite important, but I also see people on this forum discussing about removing Amalgams slowly, due to lack of money or time.

However, my dentist does not follow all of the points on the list even though he is a very experienced biodentist and a member of the IAOMT. For example, he said that the composite material Diamond Lite does not work well, but the website link highly recommends it. So if you are into anything there, you still might want to do further research.
