I currently get all of the Iodine co-supplements except the ATP cofactors and the natural celtic salt in my Life Extension vitamins. Hopefully adding these along with the Iodine will speed the bromide detox. I spoke with a gentleman at Hakala labs and he told me that it could take up to a year to drop my bromide levels into a normal range.
