Sorry, I don't follow the logic.

The hypothesis is that because 91% of your Iodine intake was excreted you are 91% sufficient?

So if I took x amount of Iodine and drank something made with fluoridated water, or ate some food made with liquid eggs and the hundreds of other fluoridated items or worse a shower with fluoridated water, which pushed all that Iodine out of my body I would then be 100% sufficient?..
