If you want to be sure before taking meds, just eat real light for several days, eat loads of raw garlic. You could add some ground cloves or hot peppers to kick it up. After several days you should pass something.....I know with the holidays the garlic think isn't too appealing to do. Since you are passing stuff without doing anything, you will most likely pass some on garlic and clove. There is a chance you will bloat and get constipated with what ever remedy you do, whether natural or meds, so if you are fine now, you may want to wait until after the holidays?

Your doctor may not be impressed by the pic, but honestly it does look like worm pieces.
