I have a wierd question. YES I have been brushing my teeth with Tom's organic paste , trying not to swallow anything. I am really surprised at the amount of plaque that builds up even while not eating...YUK!

Today, day 6 I felt a piece of sand or something. Well it turns out to be a "pin-head" size black soft stone like "thing". Do you think it was from the toothpaste? Kind of wierd to have that come out of my mouth considering I am not eating anything.
