yes -that is my beef with all the newbies posting about how important is to be supportive here (and ignoring what they are actually supporting.)

I guess it's about time for a "I just ate Cheetos and beer - is that okay?" post and the ensuing "SURE! YOU TRIED YOUR BEST" and "I ate a cookie, and I still lost 15 pounds" responses.
