I cannot fast as I am insulin resistant. taking herbal anti-parasitic. Please don't treat me like this. I am broke from medical treatment that has gotten me nowhere and volunteer for a church to pay rent. You have no idea how sick I am and no idea of my life. Please watch what you say. I find it rude. I am desperate.
