My guess is that you have little or no experience and/or this is probably your first MC. I would also bet that you have absolutly no clue or actual knowledge what adding ACV to the Master-Cleanse will do to the efficacy of the Master-Cleanse yet you are recomending it. Hmmmmmmmmm.....

One fact is known about the Master-Cleanse is that it is supposed to give the digestive system a rest so the body will focus it's energies on cleansing and healing. Anything that causes the release of gastric juices like I would say that the ACV will do will kickstart the digetive system into action and greatly impair if not altogether halt the MC cleansing and healing. It has absolutly nohing to do with "orthodoxcy or rigidity". It has to do with being informed and not blabering on recomendations without actual knowledge and/or experience.

I suppose you mean well but from an >ignorant< point of view and are misleading people without any actual knowledge or experience.
"THAT IS NOT BEING SUPPORTIVE" and you can possibly cause harm to others.

So please do yourself and most of all others a favor. If you're gonna recomend something and more specifically an addition to the MC at least have the courtecy and respect for the actual purpose of this forum to educate yourself on how the MC works before recomending anything to go with it.
