Whenever I would bring this site up to dermatologists they would laugh. I would talk about things we have discussed on here or something I would perhaps like to try and they would just brush it off as if there is no way any of the information could be correct or credible. When in reality, considering there is absolutely NO research about the condition, this website is probably the best source of information.

All doctors hate when patients come in and think they know anything about medicine, especially when they say "I read about this on the internet".

Doctors are great in so many ways, but besides 1 dermatologist (a family friend)all of the derms I encountered were extremely condescending. There was no way that I could know more than them about any dermatology subject, even though they admitted that they had never heard of it and I was researching it for hours a day.

This pissed me off a lot
