I'm 14 and have been living with fecal body odour coming from my backside and what seems to be all around my body some days for about 2 years now. What I've noticed recently though, is that days when I don't make a bowel movement, I only smell from my backside. But as soon as I take a dump, a couple hours after I'll have a poo smell that circles me and gives me a weird sensation; as well as a terrible poo smell that emits from my backside. This has made school very tough and unbearable at times when others keep sniffling, coughing and clearing their throat.

I have perfect hygiene, I shower twice daily and I use baby wipes.. To make matters worse, I have now had an odour that is similar to that of urine that makes my shirts stink when I'm wearing them. They smell very fresh when I put them on..

I noticed this when one morning I woke up after a night of sweating and the back of my thighs smelling like piss. I guarantee you I did not piss myself, I'm not a little baby. I'd like to think that I did, or that my dog just simply pissed on all my shirts but unfortunately, that isn't the case. Some days it is a sweet smell, sometimes not.

If anyone can shed any light on any of this, please do. This has made my life so freaking tough. Someone please help me.
