I pondered that too .But do scabies get on your head ? And wouldnt three doses of iver have gotten rid of them ? Have you ever seen or heard of anyone that had the skin on their knuckles swell up so that the ridges become highly defined ? Its almost like a circle pattern .Or dare I say it but looks like a tiny worm in the folds of skin on the knuckles
