I am trying to decide on whether or not to take Aloe Vera juice to heal what I believe to be leaky gut and candida overgrowth. I also am trying to decide on the best quality brand to take.

I have taken the George's brand before and really like the taste but don't know much about the differences in all the brands out there. One doctor wanted me to take a capsule supplement of inner leaf Aloe Vera but I would prefer to find a juice since I don't like the fillers in most supplements.

I am thinking about only taking 1 oz 1 or 2x a day.

on hand since I've ordered leaves and juice from them before. I really love the leaves but I am unsure about the citric acid and Sodium Benzoate in the juice...
