My daughter at 11 tested with 250, 9 to 12 year old girls for athleticism came out number one. She was exposed to vitamins/minerals from conception. Never sick, never iodine? Vitamin ‘C’ is the most important nutrient on the planet except for water, oxygen and sunshine for all animals and plants. All health nutrients have importance.
