Hi guys I am new to mms/cds. I am thinking about starting with CDS enemas. I read somewhere that it does not work with Vitamin C. Currently I am taking high doses of Vitamin C. Do I have to stop taking Vitamin C before I start CDS? Also are there any other diet or supplement restrictions that i am supposed to follow?
