Oh by the way, I went over to the AF site and took a gander and I don't think that is the site for me. TOO conflicting in information and debates continuous. I seen negativity and so many different ones with different protocols. I want to heal the WHOLE body NOT just the adrenals and thyroid. That is like giving a pill from allopathic medicine to treat one area, one symptom. My whole body needs healing.
I think this was a more beneficial and calmer forum.
Oh well, maybe someone will start it back up again, with someone that is doing well on the NB protocol and wants to teach and support for a time.
Thank you for all that came here to answer my questions and get me going in the right direction. I really appreciate it. It means a lot when you hear from real people.
