Ive been drinking DE 1 teaspoon in the morning and in the evening just with water. And it seems like it has made some difference I guess, my bowel movements have been more bulky which is good and I have been really thirsty every day which caused me to drink more water throughout the day. Also, I have noticed that the first week my head was "cloudy" I have even made some mistakes at work, which I usually do not do, in my understanding this means that my body is detoxing. Ugh, really hope that I will see some results soon.
