How does Dr Schulze know that Vitamin D supplements are contaminated? does he have any proof of this? so if you would care to post this I would be obliged.
It is also true that full-body exposure will produce Vitamin D to a max' level determined by the body itself, but in the absence of direct sunlight (depending on where you live and climate) it is considered prudent and prophylactic to supplement with the same.
