What is being described here are chemical reactions of Iodide salts meeting with a reducing agent to form an altered molecule. The term nascent is used in keeping with its dictionary meaning of 'newly formed', the beginning of existence. These patents by others are clearly stating which compounds are acted upon by which catalysts along with the resulting reaction and the forming of 'nascent' results.
Attaching a word like nascent to a product you sell makes no sense unless you are able to define the reaction used in YOUR process. Throwing up smokescreens like 'Cayce inspired recipe' or other mumbo jumbo does not describe the chemical reaction that occurs forming your 'nascent' product in scientific terms.
Certainly if you are manufacturing this product you should be forthcoming enough to provide pictures of the process along with YOUR own words explaining YOUR understanding of the process unless it is impossible to explain because it passes all understanding and resides only in fiction.
