That is an excellent summary and I think that the author's premise on why so many folks have a hard time supplementing Iodine is right on. here, here!

As far as nascent goes, it's not my Iodine supplement of choice but I understand that there are those that like it.

Trapper's Lugol's w/magnets is the best Iodine I've ever had. Smooth, a hint of oak and salt air. :))))
