Again, Thanks for more info. I trust that God leads me as well but sometimes there are so many theories and ideas to sort through I get confused.

I have been vegetarian, vegan and Paleo but think that intuitive eating of local, some raw, quality, seasonal whole food is ideal. By intuitive I mean to really listen for what your body is asking for -- I had been craving egg yokes for a bit, salads in the summer, soups and meats in the winter meats and lately anti-fungal foods. I think we need to pray for wisdom and claim the details proclaimed in Psalm 139...
"...For You formed my inward parts;
You wove me in my mother’s womb.
I will give thanks to You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Wonderful are Your works,
And my soul knows it very well."
If we can tune in to what the body needs that should support real healing.

I have Borax (Sodium Borate) on hand that I purchased from Mountain Rose Herbs. I am wondering if I can use that in a bath to help with itchy rashes I have that I think are from Candida. I'll research that a bit more.

Do you happen to be the same "Knowledge Seeker" from West VA who posted a review on Amazon for Flora Flor-essence?

I was researching Flora Essence and noticed that id "Knowledge Seeker" sounded familiar.

Thanks for sharing the Grape cure book,the seaweed recipes. and mention of Hallelujah Acres. I agree that Food is what is healing. I've been to a one of their lifestyle centers but what I learned for fixing raw wise was to complex and filled with nightshades for every day life. At the time I went I did not know about my nightshade sensitivity.

I avoid gluten and then found out nightshades are often problematic with achy joints which I am prone too. My joints are so much better when I avoid nightshades and caffeine.

Fruit wise I was looking into 80 10 10 but won't dive into that because of my possible candida. Still think, eat food, not too much, mostly plants as author Pollen proclaims is right on.

A bit of leaning here and their is good and I remain open to new ideas...
"two steps forward and one back but you are still moving forward even if you mess up once in a while" is applicable for both spiritual and physical health. It is why I practice I John 1:9 pm daily.

Than you for your help.
