Faith sent me that, definitely interesting stuff. I think its tough to wonder where the evolution of our systems got left behind. I know my grandad slept like those patterns in the article all his life (apart from war time obviously) and was very rarely stressed and never got sick.

Our day in age is something so much different to when were kids, its like a continual information highway at warpseed, but do we notice this more because we are sick and therefore cannot cope? Its a tough one.
