To me (and this is just me) up-dosing that results in the ability to 'sleep all day', is up-dosing a bit too much. *I* (who is not you), would probably go to 12.5mg.

Gentle exercise (walking!) is something HIGHLY RECOMMENDED on ALL the benzo boards. It'll make a VERY positive difference, for sure and for certain :)
