If you were me, seeing that my symptoms are what they are right now... how long would you wait before deciding to start cutting.

IDEALLY, I'll be sitting here a month and a half from now, way more functional and ready to cut; at least feeling as good as I did back in September, which was 1000000000000x better than I do now.

I'm still working and schooling, but there have been times that I've felt unsafe to drive as I thought I would black out, not to mention I'll totally forget where I am.

It's amazing friends that I've made at school would have no idea what's going on with me unless I told them, other than having a little bit less to say... (which sucks; going from the 'guy who makes everyone laugh' to the guy who can't talk isn't easy, especially when you're craving companionship at 26 years old, which will have to wait for now).

BUT, I'm not sure if I'll ever get to that point. Nothing is a given. How long is the longest possible you'd give this before saying, ok, time to suck it up butter cup and cut?
