Yes I did have a difficult time tolerating the supps. When I first started I could only handle 2 of the 3 daily doses. The minerals will start to push out toxins, heavy metals and old drug residues. I did much better with the TEI protocol and not taking any calcium. You can read through my history for more detail of what I went through.
