I've been taking sodium ascorbate for a month or so now, anywhere from 8 grams to 20 grams and I'm feeling great. I've aLSO added unprocessed salt and new organic multi-vitamins and b vitamins. I've been curious about going higher but have read lots of stuff about harm caused by mega -c dosing so I'm waiting to add more.
What is 4 sodium ascorbate?
