Thank you so much for your offer! I do have books on it. I've had adrenal fatigue on and off since I was a teenager, but it's never been this bad before or come with nighttime hypoglycemia. I'm having a saliva cortisol test done, and will see how impaired my adrenals are. The hardest thing of all for me is exercising in moderation. That's why I've had so many bouts of adrenal fatigue. I want to be an athlete, but my body says "No!"
