Hello all,
I have a digestion question: I understand that mixing fat and protein with your carbs, it slows down the digestion process, and I would like to know how much of a Sugar spike I would get if I eat 2 slices of wholegrain bread with 2 scrambled eggs and 2 slices of bacon-
