No disrespect to the poster above but doing the paleo thing during Andy Cutlers protocol made me feel absolutely horrible, I didn't properly recover until I moved to a more 80/10/10ish type diet. Although I wasn't following that lifestyle to the T, I think you will feel much better on a vegan diet, esp since the only difference between you and I was that I have chronic MONO and metal toxicity. A book by Andreas Moritz called Timeless Secrets of Health and Rejuvination may help you tremendously.
