Hi Ausmum,
I know I need time, some women do take years to recover, but I just don't want it to affect my life so much. I don't mind having mood swings if they are controllable but this month has been debilitating, the negative thoughts just spiralling out of no-where. But now that I am 5 days away from when my period should be, all of a sudden I feel in control and happy, and pretty damn confused to be honest. It is the same pattern every month, I always feel great just before my period and a few days in to it - strange body.
