When I saw Your picture I also thought it is mucoid plaque.

A worm of that size is a bit much, and would have given You strong symptoms when it died.

Now You say You are taking clay. Is the clay by any chance the same color like the thing on the picture?

I had lots of plaque things coming out too in the beginning, but they were all darker. Brownish. Blackish.
