Sorry for your troubles

I have found that giving up wheat and all grains - all gluten made a big difference in my health.

No grains of any kind
No starch

Also I suggest you find a Nucca doctor in your area as this could help you if you have any upper cervical issues - not a regular chiropractor a Nucca doctor.

Have you ever been in a car accident, fallen, hit your head etc..

Also follow Dr Reams system to rebuild the liver
