Well... I think the hardest part is phsycological now... I know it's coming out but now knowing what it is is hard for me... I'm not backed up at all... Very regular. Just nervous about all this... I did a colonic the other day and a thing that looked like a curled ribbon 1/2 inch wide and 7 inches long came out during that...
