Yep tough story. Well done for getting to here.

The two posts above are excellent and well worth "doing".

Do you have any personal support who may be happy to help you get out of where you are? Having just one friend at that level could make a big difference. Someone to talk to and stays on your case could be smart.

Do you have an extensive history of anti-biotic use?
Anti-biotic use and poor diet may also have set up your present condition.

Are you aware of the GAPS diet and FMT?
Both of these could also play a role in your health improvements.
