i have A LOT of symptoms because of infected root canal, and the symptoms are not cured after the extraction...it's been 2 years of intense suffering without solution

my hg(mercury) blood test is 26 ug/L, my hair mercury test is 7.2 ppm, Lupus at borderline, thiroid problem, 1cm brain lesion on MRI, high ferritin(sign of infection), hiperagregation, etc

Biological dentist said i have a neuralgia ischemic osteonecrosis, but he didn't mention about the solution...so is it cavitation surgery ? i am going to America if i have to
