Sounds like a post procedure neuralgia syndrome, which fasting probably won't help. Ask your doc for a referral to a pain management specialist. Getting it with fullness means there's nerve compression at that point. More surgery won't help and neither will fasting. You're probably looking at neuropathic medication to ease the pain and it could become chronic. Good luck.
